Washington High School Softball - Northwest Christian School bounces Chewelah
April 9, 2024: Colbert, WA 99005 Northwest Christian School Crusaders (Colbert, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Chewelah Cougars (Chewelah, WA), 15-0 in a league challenge.
The Crusaders now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Asotin for a 2B Bi-County challenge on Saturday, April 13. Northwest Christian School will battle a Panthers squad coming off a 13-6 league win over Reardan (Reardan, WA). The Panthers record now stands at 9-3.
With the loss, Chewelah falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Cougars host Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna (Ritzville, WA) to battle the Broncos in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. The Broncos enter the challenge with a record of 5-3. Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna lost 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Liberty (Spangle, WA)
