Chartiers Valley Colts (Bridgeville, PA) followers left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Peters Township Indians (McMurray, PA), 11-5 in a league match.

With the triumph, Chartiers Valley moves its record to 4-6 on the season. The Colts travel to Thomas Jefferson (Jefferson Hills, PA) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league match on Thursday, April 10. The Jaguars come into the match with a record of 5-3. Thomas Jefferson won 2-0 in their recent league match against Connellsville (Connellsville, PA)

The Indians now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethel Park for a WPIAL 5A 2 match on Tuesday, April 15. Peters Township will battle a Black Hawks squad coming off a 5-4 league win over South Fayette (McDonald, PA). The Black Hawks record now stands at 7-3.
