In Wednesday's non-league bout, the East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) baseball squad the host Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), by a tally of 5-2.

Next up, the Mustangs encounter the South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A bout, on Tuesday, April 15. East Rowan will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record.

The Ragin' Bulls (10-7) will now prepare for their bout against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Colts enter the non-league bout with a 12-5 record. In their last bout, West Stanly edged Central Academy (Monroe, NC), 13-1, in a league bout.
