Connecticut High School Baseball - Westminster School wallops Kent School
April 9, 2025: Kent, CT 06757 The Westminster School Martlets baseball team scored 30 runs and held the host Kent School Lions to 5 in the Martlets league win on Wednesday.
The Martlets now own a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Choate Rosemary Hall School for a Founders test on Saturday, April 12. Westminster School will clash with a Wild Boars team coming off a 12-2 league loss to Taft School (Watertown, CT). The Wild Boars record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, Kent School drops to 0-4 on the year. The Lions host Northfield Mount Hermon (Mount Hermon, MA) to clash with the Hoggers in a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. The Hoggers go into the test with a record of 0-1. Northfield Mount Hermon lost 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Kimball Union Academy (Meriden, NH)
