April 9, 2025: Marblehead, MA 01945 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Marblehead Magicians (Marblehead, MA) and the visiting Swampscott Big Blue (Swampscott, MA), saw Marblehead's baseball team gain a win over Swampscott by a tally of 12-1.
The Magicians (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Peabody Veterans Memorial (Peabody, MA). The Tanners enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Peabody Veterans Memorial was overwhelmed by Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA), 7-5, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Big Blue face the Saugus Sachems (Saugus, MA) in a Northeastern - South battle, on Thursday, April 10. Swampscott will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Sachems enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 13-6 non-league win over Masconomet Regional (Boxford, MA).
