Washington High School Soccer - Yelm toppled by Olympia
April 10, 2025: Yelm, WA 98597 Olympia Bears (Olympia, WA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Yelm Tornados (Yelm, WA), 8-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Olympia moves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Bears host Spanaway Lake (Spanaway, WA) to meet the Sentinels in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. The Sentinels come into the test with a record of 1-5. Spanaway Lake lost 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Rogers (Puyallup, WA)
The Tornados now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Emerald Ridge for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Yelm will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Curtis (University Place, WA). The Jaguars record now stands at 6-1.
