Lytle Pirates (Lytle, TX) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Dilley Wolves (Dilley, TX), 11-0 in a league match.

With the triumph, Lytle advances its record to 21-6 on the season. The Pirates host Hondo (Hondo, TX) to battle the Owls in a 3A Region IV District 28 match on Tuesday, April 14. The Owls come into the match with a record of 19-6. Hondo won 6-0 in their recent league match against Crystal City (Crystal City, TX)

The Wolves now have a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Natalia for a 3A Region IV District 28 match on Tuesday, April 14.
