The Eagle Mountain Knights (Fort Worth, TX) softball routed the host Decatur Eagles (Decatur, TX), 7-1 in Friday's league outing.

The Knights now sport a 19-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Paul II for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 14. Eagle Mountain will encounter a Cardinals team coming off a 20-1 league win over Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 17-9.

With the loss, Decatur moves to 8-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Springtown (Springtown, TX) to encounter the Porcupines in a 4A Region I District 7 outing on Monday, April 13. The Porcupines come into the outing with a record of 18-10. Springtown won 17-2 in their recent league outing against Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX)
