April 11, 2023: Palos Heights, IL 60463 The Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL) softball the visiting Argo Argonauts (Summit, IL), 8-4 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Astros (6-4) will now prepare for their bout against Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL). The Bengals go into the South Suburban - Blue bout with a 8-2 record. In their last bout, Oak Forest held off Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL), 12-0, in a league bout.
The Argonauts now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Nazareth Academy for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 13. Argo will confront a Roadrunners squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Trinity (River Forest, IL). The Roadrunners record now stands at 4-6.
