Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA) and the host Chestnut Ridge Lions (New Paris, PA), saw Central's baseball squad knock off Chestnut Ridge by a count of 6-1.

Coming up next, the Dragons play the Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA) in a Laurel Highlands East battle, on Monday, April 15. Central will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Golden Tigers enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 11-0 league win over Penns Valley Area (Spring Mills, PA).
