Spectators at Monday's league battle between the Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA) and the host Huntingdon Bearcats (Huntingdon, PA), saw Central's baseball squad knock off Huntingdon by a count of 6-3.

Coming up next, the Dragons play the Philipsburg-Osceola Mountaineers (Philipsburg, PA) in a Laurel Highlands East battle, on Tuesday, April 23. Central will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record. The Mountaineers enter the battle with a 6-1 record after their 16-4 league win over Penns Valley Area (Spring Mills, PA).

The Bearcats now possess a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mount Union for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 24. Huntingdon will play a Trojans squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Williamsburg (Williamsburg, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 9-2.
