Michigan High School Baseball - Western International nips Cass Tech

The Western International Cowboys baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Cass Tech Technicians to 2 in the Cowboys league win on Friday.

The Cowboys now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hartland for a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. Western International will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 4-3 league win over Novi (Novi, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.

With the defeat, Cass Tech drops to 3-1 on the year. The Technicians travel to Denby (Detroit, MI) to clash with the Tars in a Detroit Public - Southwest test on Friday, April 11. The Tars go into the test with a record of 2-2.
