The Ingomar Falcons baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Strayhorn Mustangs to 7 in the Falcons non-league win on Friday.

The Falcons now own a 19-5 record. They take the field next when they host Regents for a non-league test on Saturday, April 12. Ingomar will clash with a Lions team coming off a 10-8 league win over DeSoto (West Helena, AR). The Lions record now stands at 8-3.

With the defeat, Strayhorn drops to 8-12 on the year. The Mustangs host Myrtle (Myrtle, MS) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league test on Monday, April 14. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 21-7. Myrtle lost 6-4 in their recent non-league test against North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS)
