The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Water Valley Blue Devils (Water Valley, MS) and the host Strayhorn Mustangs (Sarah, MS), saw Water Valley's baseball team gain a win over Strayhorn by a tally of 6-4.

The Blue Devils (12-6) will now prepare for their battle against Delta Academy (Marks, MS). The Raiders enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Delta Academy by Calhoun Academy (Calhoun City, MS), 14-3, in a league battle.

Next, the Mustangs face the Ingomar Falcons (New Albany, MS) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 11. Strayhorn will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 17-5 record after their 18-2 non-league loss to Myrtle (Myrtle, MS).
