May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC), 11-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, May River upgrades its record to 14-6 on the season. The Sharks travel to Colleton County (Walterboro, SC) to battle the Cougars in a 4A Region 7 test on Monday, April 17. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 4-9. Colleton County lost 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Benedictine (Savannah, GA)

With the defeat, Olympic falls to 12-6 on the season. The Trojans host Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Knights in a So Meck 4A test on Tuesday, April 18.
