Ohio High School Baseball - St. Ignatius prevails Riverside
St. Ignatius Wildcats (Cleveland, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH), 9-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, St. Ignatius upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Lakota West (West Chester, OH) to battle the Firebirds in a non-league test on Saturday, April 17. The Firebirds come into the test with a record of 3-4.
With the defeat, Riverside falls to 5-4 on the season. The Beavers travel to Mayfield (Mayfield, OH) to battle the Wildcats in a Western Reserve test on Wednesday, April 14. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 6-0. Mayfield won 8-7 in their recent league test against Riverside (Painesville, OH)
