April 13, 2024: Simpson, LA 71446 The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Anacoco Indians (Anacoco, LA) and the host Simpson Broncos (Simpson, LA), saw Anacoco's softball squad achieve victory over Simpson by a count of 18-3.
The Indians now sport a 21-11 record. They take the field next when they host Hicks for a B District 4 match on Tuesday, April 16. Anacoco will face a Pirates squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Saline (Saline, LA). The Pirates record now stands at 12-9.
With the loss, Simpson falls to 10-9 on the campaign.
