The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Pinnacle Pioneers (Phoenix, AZ) and the host O'Connor Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), saw Pinnacle's baseball team gain a win over O'Connor by a tally of 7-5.

The Pioneers (16-6) will now prepare for their battle against Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ). The Monsoon enter the non-league battle with a 6-14 record. In their last battle, Valley Vista by Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ), 12-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the Hamilton Huskies (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 14. O'Connor will attempt to upgrade on its 16-6 season record. The Huskies enter the battle with a 12-8 record after their 6-4 league loss to Chandler (Chandler, AZ).
