California High School Baseball - Heritage nips Freedom

April 14, 2022: Brentwood, CA 94513

Heritage Patriots (Brentwood, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA), 2-1 in a league battle.

Coming up next, the Patriots play the Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 16. Heritage will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Broncos enter the battle with a 7-9 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA).

The Falcons now possess a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host Liberty for a Bay Valley battle on Tuesday, April 19. Freedom will play a Lions squad coming off a 11-3 non-league win over Arvin (Arvin, CA). The Lions record now stands at 12-5.
