The Cumberland Clippers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Bishop Hendricken Hawks to 0 in the Clippers league win on Monday.

The Clippers now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Barrington for a Division 1 test on Wednesday, April 16. Cumberland will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 7-1 league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Eagles record now stands at 4-2.

With the defeat, Bishop Hendricken drops to 5-1 on the year. The Hawks host Cranston West (Cranston, RI) to clash with the Falcons in a Division 1 test on Wednesday, April 16.
