In Monday's league challenge, the visiting Shaler Area Titans lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-7 triumph over the Freeport Yellowjackets.

The Titans (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Fox Chapel (Pittsburgh, PA). The Foxes go into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Fox Chapel was edged by North Allegheny (Wexford, PA), 7-4, in a league challenge.
