The Crestview Knights softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds to 4 in the Knights league win on Monday.

The Knights now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spencerville for a Northwest battle on Thursday, April 17. Crestview will encounter a Bearcats team coming off a 13-12 non-league win over Lima Senior (Lima, OH). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-8.

With the loss, Lima Central Catholic moves to 1-4 on the season. The Thunderbirds host Lincolnview (Van Wert, OH) to encounter the Lancers in a Northwest battle on Thursday, April 17.
