Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Valley can't hold off Mars
In Monday's league game, the host Mars Fightin' Planets baseball team scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Valley Vikings.
The Fightin' Planets (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Hampton (Allison Park, PA). The Talbots go into the WPIAL AAA 5 game with a 7-1 record.
The Vikings (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA). The Bucs go into the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Burrell edged Summit Academy (Herman, PA), 10-0, in a league match.
