California High School Volleyball - Northgate over Mt. Diablo
April 15, 2023: Concord, CA 94520 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) and the host Mt. Diablo Red Devils (Concord, CA), saw Northgate's volleyball squad beat Mt. Diablo by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Northgate upgrades its record to 15-4 on the year. The Broncos travel to Campolindo (Moraga, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 15. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 17-5. Campolindo won 2-1 in their recent league bout against Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA)
The Red Devils now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Clayton Valley Charter for a bout on Tuesday, April 18. Mt. Diablo will play a Ugly Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Alhambra (Martinez, CA). The Ugly Eagles record now stands at 2-5.
