Spectators at Saturday's league match between the Covington Trojans (Covington, IN) and the visiting Parke Heritage Wolves (Rockville, IN), witnessed Covington's softball squad tip Parke Heritage by a count of 14-7.

The Trojans now sport a 3-5 record. They play next when they host North Montgomery for a non-league match on Monday, April 17. Covington will face a Chargin' Chargers squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Sheridan (Sheridan, IN). The Chargin' Chargers record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Parke Heritage moves to 4-4 on the season. The Wolves host Southmont (Crawfordsville, IN) to face the Mounties in a non-league match on Monday, April 17.
