Washington High School Softball - Ilwaco bounces Taholah
April 15, 2024: Ilwaco, WA 98624 The Ilwaco Fishermen (Ilwaco, WA) softball routed the visiting Taholah Chitwhins (Taholah, WA), 15-1 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Fishermen (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Chief Leschi (Puyallup, WA). The Warriors go into the 2B Pacific bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Chief Leschi was routed by Pe Ell/Willapa Valley (Menlo, WA), 22-0, in a non-league bout.
The Chitwhins now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Naselle for a 1B Coastal bout on Thursday, April 18. Taholah will confront a Comets squad coming off a 30-16 non-league loss to Toutle Lake (Toutle, WA). The Comets record now stands at 1-4.
