The Preble Shawnee Arrows triumphed over the visiting National Trail Blazers softball squad by a count of 8-3 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Arrows meet the Tri-County North Panthers (Lewisburg, OH) in a Western Ohio Athletic challenge, on Thursday, April 17. Preble Shawnee will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 11-0 league win over Bradford (Bradford, OH).

The Blazers (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Twin Valley South (West Alexandria, OH). The Panthers enter the Western Ohio Athletic challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Twin Valley South was routed by Ansonia (Ansonia, OH), 13-1, in a league challenge.
