The Shasta Wolves softball squad (Redding, CA), was routed 19-4 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Foothill Cougars (Palo Cedro, CA)

The Vikings enter the contest with a record of 11-7. Pleasant Valley lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against Chico (Chico, CA)

The Wolves now hold a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Red Bluff for a Eastern Athletic contest on Tuesday, April 21. Shasta will face a Spartans squad coming off a 17-1 non-league win over Orland (Orland, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 6-6.
