In Monday's league contest, the Briar Woods Falcons (Ashburn, VA) softball team overwhelmed the host Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA), by a margin of 11-0.

With the triumph, Briar Woods moves its record to 11-0 on the year. The Falcons host Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA) to play the Wolverines in a Potomac contest on Tuesday, April 18. The Wolverines come into the contest with a record of 9-1. Woodgrove won 7-0 in their recent league contest against Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA)

In their next game, the Panthers play the Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA) in a Potomac contest, on Wednesday, April 19. Potomac Falls will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record.
