The Lynden Christian Lyncs softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Mt. Baker Mountaineers to 5 in the Lyncs league win on Thursday.

The Lyncs now possess a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Anacortes for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest battle on Tuesday, April 22. Lynden Christian will confront a Seahawks team coming off a 21-1 league win over Squalicum (Bellingham, WA). The Seahawks record now stands at 4-7.
