New York High School Lacrosse - Long Beach overwhelms Oceanside
April 18, 2024: Long Beach, NY 11561 The Long Beach Marines lacrosse team scored 8 points and held the visiting Oceanside Sailors to 4 in the Marines non-league win on Thursday.
The Marines (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Elmont Memorial (Elmont, NY). The Spartans go into the Section 8 B - League 2 game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Elmont Memorial was overwhelmed by Glen Cove (Glen Cove, NY), 16-6, in a non-league game.
The Sailors (6-3) will now prepare for their game against Freeport (Freeport, NY). The Red Devils go into the Section 8 A game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Freeport was overwhelmed by East Meadow (East Meadow, NY), 10-4, in a league game.
