April 18, 2025: Superior, WI 54880 The Superior Spartans (Superior, WI) baseball trounced the visiting Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin Raiders (Coleraine, MN), 18-8 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Denfeld for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Superior will clash with a Hunters team coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN). The Hunters record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin drops to 0-2 on the year. The Raiders host Hill City/Northland (Hill City, MN) to clash with the in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 24. The go into the challenge with a record of 1-1.
