The Centennial Cougars lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Summit Spartans to 1 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Sunday.

The Cougars now hold a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Wilson Central for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 27.

With the loss, Summit falls to 5-7 on the year. The Spartans travel to Ravenwood (Brentwood, TN) to clash with the Raptors in a 2A Region 3 D1 challenge on Tuesday, April 21. The Raptors go into the challenge with a record of 8-5. Ravenwood lost 16-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Nolensville (Nolensville, TN)
