Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC), 7-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolf Pack confront the Central Academy Cougars (Monroe, NC) in a Rocky River 2A/3A challenge, on Tuesday, April 25. Parkwood will attempt to better on its 3-12 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 3-2 league loss to Forest Hills (Marshville, NC).

The Bearcats now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they host West Stanly for a Rocky River 2A/3A challenge on Tuesday, April 25.
