The North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Covington Trojans to 0 in the Chargin' Chargers non-league win on Monday.

The Chargin' Chargers now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Danville for a Sagamore test on Tuesday, April 22. North Montgomery will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to New Palestine (New Palestine, IN). The Warriors record now stands at 0-7.

With the defeat, Covington drops to 5-3 on the year. The Trojans host Milford (Milford, IL) to clash with the Bearcats in a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. The Bearcats go into the test with a record of 8-9. Milford lost 14-10 in their recent non-league test against Westmont (Westmont, IL)
