The Aptos Mariners baseball team (Aptos, CA), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Los Gatos Wildcats (Los Gatos, CA)

The Wildcats now hold a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Homestead for a De Anza outing on Wednesday, April 26. Los Gatos will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 8-12.

Next, the Mariners confront the Santa Cruz Cardinals (Santa Cruz, CA) in a Santa Cruz Coast outing, on Tuesday, April 25. Aptos will attempt to advance on its 12-5 season record. The Cardinals go into the outing with a 13-5 record after their 7-4 non-league win over Fowler (Fowler, CA).
