Massachusetts High School Softball - Swampscott can't hold off Saugus
April 22, 2024: Saugus, MA 01906 The Saugus Sachems softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Swampscott Big Blue to 4 in the Sachems league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Saugus improves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Sachems host Salem (Salem, MA) to clash with the Witches in a Northeast game on Wednesday, April 24. The Witches come into the game with a record of 2-2. Salem lost 15-0 in their recent league game against Danvers (Danvers, MA)
In their next game, the Big Blue clash with the Marblehead Magicians (Marblehead, MA) in a Northeast game, on Wednesday, April 24. Swampscott will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Magicians come into the game with a 5-1 record after their 21-0 league win over Winthrop (Winthrop, MA).
