Massachusetts High School Softball - Winthrop gets by Swampscott
May 11, 2024: Winthrop, MA 02152 The Winthrop Vikings got by the visiting Swampscott Big Blue softball squad by a final score of 8-7 in Saturday's league battle.
The Vikings (3-11) will now prepare for their battle against Peabody Veterans Memorial (Peabody, MA). The Tanners go into the Northeast battle with a 8-2 record.
The Big Blue now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Melrose for a non-league battle on Monday, May 13.
