New Mexico High School Baseball - Cimarron loses to Penasco
The Cimarron Rams baseball team (Cimarron, NM), was overwhelmed 15-5 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the host Penasco Panthers (Penasco, NM)
The Panthers now hold a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pecos for a 2A District 6 outing on Friday, April 26. Penasco will face a Panthers team coming off a 2-1 league win over Monte Del Sol (Santa Fe, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 10-6.
Next, the Rams face the Questa Wildcats (Questa, NM) in a 1A District 2 outing, on Wednesday, May 1. Cimarron will attempt to advance on its 7-10 season record.
