Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Penn Kingsmen (Mishawaka, IN) and the visiting Castle Knights (Newburgh, IN), witnessed Penn's softball squad tip Castle by a count of 7-4.

The Kingsmen now sport a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Carmel for a non-league match on Saturday, April 24. Penn will meet a Greyhounds squad coming off a 9-3 non-league loss to Franklin Central (Indianapolis, IN). The Greyhounds record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Castle moves to 12-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Henderson County (Henderson, KY) to meet the Colonels in a non-league match on Monday, April 26. The Colonels go into the match with a record of 9-2. Henderson County won 15-1 in their recent league match against Union County (Morganfield, KY)
