Virginia High School Baseball - Charles J. Colgan defeats Woodbridge
April 24, 2025: Manassas, VA 20112 The Charles J. Colgan Sharks baseball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Woodbridge Vikings to 2 in the Sharks league win on Thursday.
The Sharks now hold a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forest Park for a Cardinal test on Tuesday, April 29. Charles J. Colgan will play a Bruins team coming off a 6-5 non-league loss to Brooke Point (Stafford, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 6-7.
With the defeat, Woodbridge drops to 9-7 on the year. The Vikings host Gar-Field (Woodbridge, VA) to play the Red Wolves in a Cardinal test on Tuesday, April 29. The Red Wolves go into the test with a record of 6-9.
