Virginia High School Soccer - Hickory knocks off King's Fork
April 24, 2025: Suffolk, VA 23434 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Hickory Hawks (Chesapeake, VA) and the host King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA), saw Hickory's soccer squad triumph over King's Fork by a score of 8-0.
The Hawks (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Great Bridge ran past Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 29. King's Fork will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Grizzlies enter the battle with a 6-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Nansemond River (Suffolk, VA).
