In Thursday's league test, the Arlington Lions (Riverside, CA) softball squad the visiting Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA), by a tally of 3-0.

Next, the Lions clash with the JW North Huskies (Riverside, CA) in a Sunbelt test, on Tuesday, April 29. Arlington will attempt to advance on its 13-5 season record. The Huskies go into the test with a 15-9 record after their 12-6 league win over Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA).

The Trojans (13-11) will now prepare for their test against Tahquitz (Hemet, CA). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, Tahquitz held off West Valley (Hemet, CA), 20-5, in a league test.
