The Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) softball nipped the visiting Fraser Ramblers (Fraser, MI), 4-3 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Big Reds now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anchor Bay for a Macomb Area - Red outing on Tuesday, April 29. Chippewa Valley will encounter a Tars team coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Howell (Howell, MI). The Tars record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Fraser moves to 9-4 on the season. The Ramblers host New Haven (New Haven, MI) to encounter the Rockets in a non-league outing on Monday, April 28.
