Michigan High School Softball - Chippewa Valley succumbs to Lutheran North

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Lutheran North Mustangs (Macomb, MI) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI), by a tally of 10-0.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Armada Tigers (Armada, MI) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, May 28. Lutheran North will attempt to advance on its 19-5 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 16-7 record after their 14-4 non-league win over St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI).

The Big Reds (10-16) will now prepare for their battle against Romeo (Romeo, MI). The Bulldogs come into the Macomb Area - Red battle with a 19-7 record. In their last battle, Romeo achieved victory over L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI), 11-1, in a non-league battle.
