In Friday's league match, the visiting Huntingtown Hurricanes softball team scored a nice 21-0 win over the Westlake Wolverines.

The Hurricanes (11-2) will now prepare for their match against Churchill (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs come into the Montgomery County 4A - West match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Churchill was routed by Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD), 14-11, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Lackey Chargers (Indian Head, MD) in a Southern Maryland match, on Monday, April 28. Westlake will attempt to better on its 0-10 season record. The Chargers come into the match with a 4-8 record after their 16-1 league loss to Chopticon (Morganza, MD).
