The Huntingtown Hurricanes softball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting Leonardtown Raiders to 1 in the Hurricanes league win on Wednesday.

The Hurricanes now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northern for a Southern Maryland battle on Thursday, April 10. Huntingtown will confront a Patriots team coming off a 18-0 league win over McDonough (Pomfret, MD). The Patriots record now stands at 5-2.
