The Cheyenne Desert Shields topped the host Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league test.

The Desert Shields now have a 28-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spring Valley for a 4A - Mountain test on Friday, April 28. Cheyenne will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV). The Grizzlies record now stands at 6-13.

The Eagles (14-15) will now prepare for their test against Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV). The Rattlers enter the 4A - Desert test with a 14-19 record. In their last test, Mojave gained a win over Valley (Las Vegas, NV), 3-0, in a league test.
