Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - East Providence can't get by Classical

In Friday's league test, the host Classical Purple lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 victory over the East Providence Townies.

The Purple now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lincoln for a Division 4 test on Monday, April 29. Classical will face a Lions squad coming off a 8-7 league loss to Tiverton (Tiverton, RI). The Lions record now stands at 4-2.

In their next game, the Townies face the Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI) in a Division 4 test, on Monday, April 29. East Providence will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Thunderbolts come into the test with a 0-10 record after their 9-0 league loss to Classical (Providence, RI).
