In Saturday's league test, the Aurora Central Catholic Chargers (Aurora, IL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Trinity Blazers (River Forest, IL), by a tally of 16-1.

Next, the Chargers clash with the Fenwick Friars (Oak Park, IL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 28. Aurora Central Catholic will attempt to advance on its 17-5 season record. The Friars go into the test with a 5-4 record after their 7-4 league win over Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL).

The Blazers (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Grizzlies go into the non-league test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Payton College Prep prevailed over Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL), 13-6, in a non-league test.
